I have had the good fortune of using Rick's Body and Paint on 3 separate occasions for repair work on my BMW Z4 and a Toyota Rav4. One with Back bumper collision damage and the other with Front bumper damage. The team at Rick's are all total pro's, and waste no time getting right down to business providing you with an on point estimate, and help you navigate the insurance hurdles if needed. Most importantly, they ALWAYS provide me with the best, sound, advice around what will work best for me and my situation and not just trying to get as much of a return as they can on their end. They are very fair and their work is exceptional! The helped me find OEM parts and not the flimsy "after market" parts that are not in my best interest. I give them 5 stars!!! ***** ~ Chris G

I was very nervous and anxious after my first ever wreck this past May. I was worried about the idea of losing my factory ordered 2006 Porsche 911. Needless to say, I was very skeptical about which body shop to trust in looking after my garage queen. Having grown up in the body & paint industry I am super beyond hard to please! My dad did paint & body work on a lot of hot rods and roadsters a couple in the Oakland roadster show. So I definitely know what to look for and 9 times out of 10 can point out where a car has had worked done. I have had a few bad experiences in town at body shops because i'm girl so i was very apprehensive about getting a quote. A car parked next to ours ( white ford explorer White platinum met tri coat) the wind took their door and hit ours, leaving a big dent down to the metal. Jr was amazing very professional and promised me I would not being to see where the dent was. They did an amazing job and not matter the time of day or lighting you can not see where our door was fixed. I can not say enough good things about Rick's Body & Paint! THANK YOU!!!! ~ Michele L

Everyone at this shop is absolutely amazing! One of the employees had to drive out of state for a part needed for my 2016 Lexus, and to me that spoke volumes about the dedication and levels of exemplary service this shop provides. I also needed my vehicle returned prior to the estimated completion time, and the employees went above and beyond to return my vehicle early. My entire experience with everyone I came into contact with during my time with this shop was stellar. They submitted all the pictures and paperwork to my insurance company, which eliminated a tremendous amount of stress from my shoulders. I found this shop on Yelp, and there is definitely a reason why they have all five-star reviews! I want to say thank you so much to the entire staff at Ricks. I dont usually dent my vehicle, but when I do, I prefer Rick's. They recently repaired by mom's vehicle, and did an outstanding job. Nobody says that needing collision repair is fun, but it doesn't have to be miserable either. Ricks made the experience as comfortable as posible for her. The quality of the work is top shelf, and the personal interaction is as well. Always friendly and professional, great comunication, done when they say they will be. Everyone is warm, welcoming, and patient. and the car was spotless. The detail work was fantastic. 10/10, highly recommend ...not the denting you car part...but using Rick's if you do. Rick's is a 10-star business. Pulled in with scratches on a new car from a garage door. Rick went over every detail about how it would need to be disassembled, repaired, painted, etc. to get the perfect repair. Cost: $2500. Then he said, "Let me try something." He brought out a polisher and polished all the scratches out in a few minutes! WOW! I wanted to pay whatever for the service and repair. He said,"No charge!" Unbelievable. So honest as well as friendly, up-front, and just plain nice (as was the whole staff). All my auto body work will be done at Rick's now and I encourage everyone that wants high quality work at a fair price to patronize Rick's. Very much recommended. ~ Gary D

Very friendly good attitude ,fair prices ,very good work,staff is great. Thank you Rick’s Body And Paint TEAM! I picked up my van only after 1 day for a side mirror replacement. I was initially given 3-4 days time of completion and getting my van back a lot sooner than anticipated was a major plus! AND I was informed that instead of replacing my side mirror with a used one, they actually replaced it with a brand new one! I took my 2019 Honda Accord Hybrid to Ricks to repair my front end - after hitting a pole to AVOID HITTING A YOUNG SKATEBOARDER who flew out IN FRONT OF ME IN A supermarket parking lot! My whole bumper just fell off! Lights were smashed, radiator had a hole in it - (and other stuff!) The staff was very kind, friendly, understanding and professional.. they did a FANTASTIC JOB! My car was good as new again! I hope I never need Autobody work again - but if I do - back to Ricks I go! I highly recommend this autobody shop! And they give you free mini flashlights on a keychain too! Who doesn’t love and appreciate FREE, handy, useful items? 5 STARS FOR SURE!!!! OUTSTANDING!! These guys made my car look brand new! Dealing with the insurance company was such a hassle but JR and Nate helped me through the entire process. My insurance was trying to force me to go to a different shop because it would be cheaper for them but I wanted to make sure dealer parts would be used to make my car as good as new. These guys helped make that happen! They happily fought for me every step of the way and I’m beyond impressed with the outcome! Highly recommend this body shop! Brought my vehicle in last month with a somewhat complex repair that required replacing the rear passenger door and cutting into the back panel to fix damage from my accident. My vehicle came back with no signs of repair, a seamless job. This team was great to work with, as well. Updated me regularly on the repair/parts time line and truly have amazing customer service. Rick’s did an amazing job repainting my wife’s 2009 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. After pricing new models, we decided to hang on to this one, which has been amazing. Rick’s removed dents and door dings, and repainted it beautifully. They were professional to deal with (great responsiveness and attention to detail), and kept in touch throughout the process. We are beyond happy with the results. Fifteen years and 140,000 miles later, it looks just as good as the day we drove it off the dealer’s lot. Very highly recommend them! ~ george e

Nathan & JR were very helpful and welcoming to work with - they kept me well informed during the whole process and when I'd expect my car to be done and they delivered! This establishment is great! They gave me a very affordable quote that was 3 times less than what other auto body shops quoted me and did an amazing job! I dropped my car off earlier than they had asked because I had work. I thought it might delay repairs, but nope! They got it done SO quick and I was back in my car in no time! Took my 2010 honda with passenger side door damage to both doors they did an excellent job repairing it and everyone who works there is really nice and was done quicker than expected also my car was pretty dirty inside and out and they returned it back to me cleaner than I had left it inside and out was not expecting that so thank you ricks auto body for a great job and above and beyond work highly recommend this business also this was the second vehicle I've had repaired there ~ Paul T

Recently had my auto repainted due to factory paint peeling issues! Was referred to JR at Rick's Body & Paint by Hanlees Toyota. The paint job did not take long to complete. Wow, this was hands down excellent service. Not only were they willing to take the time to help me understand the process of insurance estimate, etc., but they were also quick with like-new bodywork. The wow factor came from the fact that my car was pretty filthy when I dropped it off (I live in the country and have been too busy to clean the interior in a while). I picked up a car that had been detailed inside! Cleaner than I’ve seen it in months. Really appreciated the touch guys thanks. ~ Robbie C
